These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services provided by the Manufacturing Network ("MNFG.org", "we", "us"). By accessing or using MNFG.org you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Directory
MNFG.org operates an independent directory of U.S. industrial manufacturers, machine shops, fabricators, welders, finishers, and related suppliers. The directory combines public-record information with self-attested data from registered members. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing, and inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement.
2. Accounts & Membership
Verification and membership services (including the Verified Manufacturer and Premier Manufacturer plans) require an application and may be subject to additional terms presented at sign-up. You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of any company you submit, and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to (a) scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the directory; (b) submit false, misleading, or infringing content; (c) impersonate another company or person; (d) interfere with the security or operation of the platform; or (e) use the platform to send unsolicited commercial communications.
4. Verification Status
Verification is a process — not a guarantee of quality, performance, financial condition, or fitness for any purpose. We may suspend, revoke, or modify a member's verification status at any time, including for inaccurate information, complaints, or failure to maintain payment.
5. Fees & Billing
Membership fees are billed annually in advance. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any taxes. Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The MNFG.org name, logo, directory seal, badges, and platform are owned by the Manufacturing Network. Verified members are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to display the issued seal solely to indicate their current verification status during the active membership term.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Manufacturing Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Manufacturing Network from any claim or demand arising out of (a) your use of the service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) any content you submit to the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to active members by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
