All sales are final. Verification and membership fees paid to MNFG.org are non-refundable once the directory desk begins processing your application. We do not offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
1. Verification fees
The Verified Manufacturer ($99/yr) and Premier Manufacturer ($299/yr) fees cover the labor of identity, address, contact, and capability verification, the issuance of your directory ID, badge, and certificate, and your inclusion in the national MNFG directory for the membership term. Because work begins as soon as your application is accepted, fees are non-refundable.
2. Failed verification
If, after good-faith review, the directory desk determines that your company cannot be verified (for example, the listed entity cannot be confirmed), we will not charge for membership. If a charge has already been processed, we will refund the membership fee in full, less any third-party payment processing fees.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by emailing the directory desk. Your membership will remain active through the end of the paid term; we do not pro-rate refunds for unused time.
4. Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you believe you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us within 30 days of the charge date and we will investigate and, if confirmed, refund the duplicate amount.
5. How to request a refund
Refund requests under sections 2 or 4 above should be sent to julie@industryregistry.org with your directory ID, the email associated with the payment, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
6. Changes
This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your payment governs that transaction.
