We collect information that is publicly available about U.S. manufacturers — including business name, address, capability category, and public contact details — to build and maintain the directory. We also collect information you provide directly when you apply for verification, contact us, or interact with the site (for example, your name, role, business email, phone, company website, and self-attested capabilities and certifications).
How we use information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the directory, verify membership applications, route RFQs and inquiries, communicate with members and contacts, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Verified member profiles are intentionally public so that buyers can confirm credentials.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, hosting, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing), with verified members when a buyer routes an RFQ to them, and when required by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how the directory is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your choices
Listed companies may request corrections, updates, or removal of public-record information by contacting us. Verified members may update their record from their account or by emailing the directory desk. Subject to applicable law, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information.
Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information in our possession. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or stored by us.
Children
MNFG.org is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above indicates the latest version.
